We develop corporate websites on SiteJet software while the eCommerce part is design with open-source Content Management System (CMS) platform called WordPress only. If you want a custom built website, kindly contact us via the live chat on our website.

All content must be submitted through the onboarding form provided after payment.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to a form where you are required to provide all necessary content for your website. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Logo
• Company name
• About Us information
• Services or product details
• Contact information
• Images and other relevant materials

All content must be submitted in line with your selected template and the number of pages chosen.

Please ensure that your content is complete, properly structured, and ready before submission, as the development process will be based strictly on what you provide through this form.

Each template is designed with a fixed layout — including specific sections, headings, and content formats such as bullet points, short descriptions, or brief text blocks. You are expected to provide your content in line with these exact formats.

For example, if a section in the template is designed for 3–5 short bullet points, you should provide concise bullet points — not long paragraphs. If a text area is meant for a short summary, submitting very lengthy content (e.g., 1,000+ words) will not fit into the design and will not be accommodated.

We do not modify or redesign templates under this package. Content is implemented exactly as provided, based on the selected template.

To ensure a smooth and accurate delivery, please structure your content to match the layout and format of your chosen template.

Our SME package is designed for fast delivery — 10 working days for corporate websites and 21 working days for e-commerce websites. However, delays often occur when clients make payment without having their content (e.g., logo, text, images) prepared.

To avoid unnecessary delays, ensure everything is ready before proceeding with payment.

Once payment is made, you are required to complete and submit your content within 48 hours.

This includes:

• Filling the onboarding form
• Providing all content based on your selected template
• Submitting content according to the number of pages chosen

Your content must align strictly with the structure of the selected template.

If you fail to submit your content within 48 hours, your project will be automatically placed on hold.

To resume the project, a ₦20,000 reactivation fee will be required.

Yes, but only if you are fully ready.

If your project is on hold and you request reactivation, you will be required to:

• Pay the ₦10,000 reactivation fee, and
• Provide all outstanding content immediately

If your content is still not ready, we strongly advise not requesting reactivation, as the fee will still apply.

We will upload 5 sample products for you and you will be shown how to upload and manage the rest yourself

Your hosting and domain will be setup immediately after your payment. You have 48 hours after payment to provide your contents inline with the template you selected. Failure to do so might resolve in unknown extension of project or forfeit of your payment, we do not offer refunds.

Yes you will get a .com.ng domain be fault. If you choose to .com or any other extension, you will pay the difference between them.

Yes you will get a hosting account for 1 year on any plan with corporate emails addresses for your business.

We will integrate Nomba Bank or Paystack for free only for e-commerce websites. 

After development and handover, you will be given full access to update and manage your website. If you need us to assist with updates from time to time, that arrangement can be made. (Terms and conditions apply)

Yes, you will be able to select  from our pool of template designs. What you select is what we will use for your website design.

No. Once a template has been selected and development has commenced, it cannot be changed.

At your website footer, we will display Developed by Listed Hosting for reference purposes.

Yes, you can. However, any template outside what we provide under the SME Plan will be treated as a custom project. Such requests do not qualify for the SME discount plan and will be billed separately.

We will send you a short document/video on how to update your website using the content management system, this helps you to manage/update the website easily anytime. If you require new features in the future, please contact us to discuss this.

We offer a 3months after go live support which is limited to “As provided” meaning if anything is not working as designed or after deployment, it will be fixed by our team; note that support does not cover tweaking, additional changes, new request or implementation.
If design goes bad or if website does not work because you performed an action or update, we will charge to fix it.
